Look no further – this is an AMAZING 3 bedroom / 2 bath house with SPECTACULAR UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS FROM EVERY BEDROOM! THIS IS THE REASON YOU ARE COMING TO THIS ISLAND! The house is only 30 steps from the water on a beautiful sandy beach on the calm west side of the island with turquoise, completely transparent water. A lot of properties have volcanic rock and are unsuitable for swimming, our beach is perfect. The house has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING (very important in the Bahamas! Window units just don’t do the job – be sure to check) and outdoor shower with hot water. Gas / charcoal grills provided will come in very handy when it comes to cooking all that fish you are going to catch! Boat rental (mooring spot right in front of the house) is available upon request. Two kayaks, two paddle boards and floaties are provided to explore the cove including a reef that is only 100 yards away from the house. Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove/oven/refrigerator/ microwave etc. Very well stocked grocery store is 10 minutes away. One of the best restaurants on the island is 8 minutes away. Large TV and fast internet are provided to stay connected with the outside world, if desired.
